Tile logs

We started publishing logs from our tileservers, which may prove interest to reasearcher.

German Tile Cache

The existing German tile cache, tabaluga, was replaced by two separate machines - katie (a slightly lower powered machine at Hetzner) and konqi (at EUserv).
